If you are unavailable to receive your package, the carrier may allow another person to accept it on your behalf, subject to its delivery policies.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be missing or its tracking information has not updated as expected, please contact us for assistance.
For packages that appear lost in transit, you may contact our support team 10 days after the dispatch date to request an investigation. We will work with the relevant carrier to investigate the issue.
Depending on the investigation outcome and applicable circumstances, we may offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate and permitted by law.

Return Shipping Costs
If you choose to return or exchange an item because of sizing, style preference, or a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue.
Once we review and approve your claim, Duxalo will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Policy
Time Limit for Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, refund, or exchange. After this 30-day period, we may be unable to accept your request.
Before returning any item, please email our support team at supports@duxalo.com with your order number, the item name, and the reason for your request. All returns must be approved by our team and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
No Restocking Fees
At Duxalo, we do not charge restocking fees for returned items.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Original tags and packaging must remain attached and intact. Items must also be free from strong odors, including perfume, detergent, or other scents.
Returned items are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Order Cancellations Before Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled through our order cancellation process. However, you may contact us to discuss whether the order qualifies for a return under this policy.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.
If your original payment method is no longer available, please contact us so we can discuss the available refund options.
Items showing signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or unauthorized alterations may not qualify for a refund. We will notify you if your return does not meet our eligibility requirements.
Exchanges for a Different Size or Color
If you would prefer a different size or color, you may request an exchange within the same 30-day return window.
